What makes a good photo?
A good photo is taken in natural daylight, at eye level with your pet, without blur, and clearly showing their head and chest. The better the photo, the better the final illustration!
Can I have more than one pet in my portrait?
Yes, absolutely! We offer options for up to 3 pets on a single portrait. Just select the correct option on the product page.
What animals do you illustrate?
We illustrate all animals! From dogs and cats to horses, birds, bunnies, and even reptiles.
What if I need to make a change to my order?
If you need to change your order, please email us within 2 hours of placing it. After that, our artists may have already started working on your piece.
Can I preview my portrait before it ships?
Yes! We send an email with a proof of your artwork for you to approve before we print and ship it. You can request revisions at that stage.
